The Samsung ML-1640 was impressed with speed and print quality. Point deduction was a supplement for the toxins in the toner.
One page is printed in a quick five-second way – whether graphic or text. The Samsung ML-1640 needs 24 seconds for six identical text pages. That is also fast. The print image is clean. The supplied toner cartridge is only half filled, a full cartridge is enough for 1,400 pages. One text page is very cheap at 2.59 cents. It’s more expensive when printing graphics: Here, every page beats with 7.34 cents.
With its black housing, the Samsung ML-1640 sets visual accents. The storage compartment holds only 150 sheets – somewhat little in office operation.
