Samsung ProXpress C4012ND Driver and User Guide
The Samsung SL-C4012ND is a high-performance color laser printer designed for medium to large workgroups. In terms of paper handling, the printer includes a standard 550-sheet input tray and a 50-sheet multipurpose tray, with output capacity of 250 sheets. Paper capacity can be expanded up to approximately 2,250 sheets with optional additional trays. Automatic duplex (two-sided) printing comes standard. The device supports a wide range of media types such as plain paper, thick paper, cardstock, envelopes, labels, and transparencies, and accommodates sizes up to legal (8.5″ × 14″).
The printer produces speeds of up to 42 pages per minute in both black and color, with a first page out time of approximately 7–8 seconds. It offers an effective print resolution of up to 9,600 × 600 dpi and supports multiple print languages including SPL, PCL5, PCL6, PostScript 3, and PDF v1.7. It uses Samsung’s ReCP (Rendering Engine for Clean Pages) technology along with polymerized toner to deliver sharp text and vibrant color output. The recommended monthly print volume ranges from 2,000 to 15,000 pages, with a maximum duty cycle of up to 80,000 pages per month.
Samsung ProXpress C4012ND is powered by an 800 MHz dual CPU processor and equipped with 512 MB of standard memory, the printer is built to handle demanding print environments efficiently. Connectivity options include Hi-Speed USB 2.0, USB host, and Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000). Optional features include wireless networking (802.11b/g/n), NFC, and Bluetooth Low Energy. It also supports mobile printing solutions such as Apple AirPrint, Mopria, Google Cloud Print, Samsung Cloud Print, and PrinterOn.
